Forms,Meanings and Functions of Gender Markers in Bai:With a Concurrent Discussion on Relationship of Bai with Tibeto-Burman Languages and Chinese

　　内容提要：本文从词序、语义、词性、来源等方面对白语的性别标记进行描写和分析，探讨其形式、意义和功能上的类型学特征。还从性别标记的角度讨论了白语和藏缅语、汉语的关系问题。

　　This paper provides a description and analysis on the gender markers in Bai in terms of word order,meanings,morphemic status,and origins,exploring the typological characteristics of the forms,meanings and functions of gender markers.It also discusses from the perspective of gender markers the relationship of the Bai language with other Tibeto-Burman languages and Chinese.

　　白语有三个方言，分别是大理方言（又称南部方言）、剑川方言（又称中部方言）和怒江方言（又称北部方言）。剑川方言和大理方言比较接近，可以通话。怒江方言和其他两个方言的差别相对较大，通话有困难。本文将从词序、语义、词性、来源四个方面，对白语剑川方言剑川土语（下文简称剑川白语）和白语大理方言祥云土语（下文简称祥云白语）的性别标记进行描写和分析，探讨其在形式、意义和功能上的类型学特征，并从性别标记的角度切入讨论白语和藏缅语、汉语之间的关系问题。
